A few weeks ago, Henri was diagnosed with Lymphoma. He fought it hard, and won every battle. Until today. Overnight his condition suddenly worsened.By dawn he was in dire straits. In the grey light of early morning, his eyes whispered it’s time. By afternoon, bright and sunny. Henri was no longer with us. He’d passed away.Peacefully, in our arms, surrounded by love. He’ll have no more pain, no more suffering, and that’s a good thing. But today is a sad day. It’s a day that Lisa and I will spend at the park, with the girls. Watering the grass with our tears. And then we’ll share some of our favourite photos. Of Henri’s life, much shorter than we’d wished. But long enough to enrich the lives of everyone he met.
He was our Henri. Coeur Vaillant.

But you, have disappeared You have been released You are flecks of light You are missed
Somewhere, spinning round the sun Circling the moon Traveling through time You are missed
